We decided to set up a network of projects in Greece that will exploit the legal and illegal Municipal Landfill Sites, Producing Thermal and Electric Energy, with zero residual.

Every project will be independent, extremely profitable and, connected to the National Grid, will secure a long-term Income (min 20 years) at pre-agreed prices through the sale of Power (W2E)

FN Development with its team of high-profile professionals has decided to develop and manage these W2E Projects.

We decided to start this Network from the island of Rhodes and two Municipalities in the Peloponnese, Argos & Nafplion.

We prepare a pipeline with the same project for over 30 municipalities all over Greece, avoiding the 5 major cities, targeting to cities over 20-25.000 inhabitants.
•Every project will be an independent investment of appr. 30 to 35 mil € (except the FN-201 in Rhodes which will cost appr. 80 mil €), with a pay back period 3-5 years depending on the quantity and quality of the relevant landfill.
