The "FN Development Solar PV Project" consists of three PV Power Plants with a total capacity of 73,5 MW in Bulgaria, Greece and Egypt.

The projects are solar/photovoltaic projects fully permitted with Licenses for construction of solar/photovoltaic systems on the ground or on the roofs (if agreed) located in Greece and/or Bulgaria. In Greece the projects will be with a single project capacity of 500 KW; 1 MW and bigger, organized as Energy Community projects or clusters of projects in Greece, according to the legislation of Greece for obtaining a Feed-in-tariff by the Greek Government with a long-term period of the PPA. In Bulgaria the projects will be with a single project capacity over 3 MW.

In Egypt, the facility is a power plant for the production of electricity, using solar power, with nominal capacity of 35 MWel. The electricity generated will be connected to the high-voltage National grid of Egytpt, via a relevant contract to be executed. The electricity sales contract is for a 25-year Period.
